SAP Human Resources is a complete integrated system for supporting the planning and control of personnel activities. Human Resource Management includes Benefits management, Employee Self-Service (ESS), Organizational Management, Payroll, Personnel Management, Time Management, Training and Event Management, and Travel Management.

Organizational Management is a central element of mySAP.com Human Capital Management that provides important tools for the control and coordination of personnel planning and development. Personnel Management provides streamlined, comprehensive and fully integrated personnel data structure. Employee Self-Service (ESS) empowers employees to view, create and maintain their own data at any time from their workstations, anywhere in the world. Recruitment helps set up an effective recruitment strategy for finding and hiring the right people with the right skills that will contribute to the continued success and competitiveness of the enterprise. Time Management offers a wide range of options for the planning, administration and evaluation of time data so time data can be used more efficiently and business processes can be optimized. The Payroll function can be quickly and easily modified to suit customer-specific requirements.

This course will explain the basis process of human resources, adjust personnel administration data for customer-specific requirements, and configure roles and authorizations.  You will learn how payroll is organized, and perform payroll runs, adapt fundamental aspects of time data, configure organizational management, perform reporting in human resources.

After learned this module, you will be able to map enterprise structures, master data, and business processes for a company in the SAP system and execute the required system configurations.
